Artwork - Digital camera-ready artwork is required. All art files are to be "print ready". Digital camera-ready artwork is required (vector or 300dpi). E-mail is preferred for file sizes no larger than 1 megabyte. Files larger than 1 megabyte should be submitted on a 100 megabyte zip disk, or CD. Artwork should be converted to outlines or made objects. All digital art is to be color separated (not cmyk or rgb, unless the file is to be printed cmyk). Any art requiring color separation will be charged a minimum of 1 (one) hour art charge. Non-minor changes are charged a minimum of $50.00 / hour.
Credit Policy - The first five orders placed with us must be prepaid prior to the shipment leaving our warehouse. After the first five orders are completed you may then be placed on Net 30 Days. No account will be placed on open terms without a completed credit application on file. Please allow 10 days for processing a Credit Application. No action will be taken on any order until credit has been established or prepayment has been received. Methods of prepayment are cashier check, company check (allow 5 business days), credit card, and wire transfer.
Custom Orders - A custom order is considered to be any item that is non-returnable including custom cuts, custom fabric, custom colors, and all decorated products. ALL custom orders require a 50% prepayment before any work begins. If credit has not been established, the balance is due before shipping. If credit has been established, the credit line can be used to satisfy the balance. If the balance due is more than the credit limit that amount must be paid before shipping. In the event the order is canceled while in production, all Textile Sourcing expenses become due or 50% whichever is greater.
Delivery Time - Standard shipping estimates times are stated in each product's description. Please allow time for transit. If unforeseen circumstance will cause material delays in processing your order, you will be notified before any work commences. Pleetoox - Textile Sourcing cannot be responsible for late deliveries by common carrier, unexpected market conditions, or import delays.
Drop Shipments - For each additional "Ship To" address after the first, a $10 administrative fee will be added to your invoice.
Limitation of Liabilities- Pleetoox warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship if for other than normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse. All other warranties including, but not limited to, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Pleetoox’s obligations with respect to orders placed and/or products delivered to buyer shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products which are returned to Pleetoox, postage pre-paid, within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping or, at Pleetoox’s option, to a refund of the amount of the purchase price paid for products returned to Pleetoox within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping, without any further obligation or liability on the part of Pleetoox. In no event shall Pleetoox be liable or responsible for incidental, special or consequential damages including, but not limited to lost profits, allegedly caused by a failure to timely deliver products, non-delivery of products or a delivery of defective or non-conforming products. No claim of any kind by buyer, however caused, shall exceed the amount of the purchase price received by Pleetoox for the products. Failure to provide Pleetoox with notice of any claim within thirty (30) days, from the date of shipping and failure to return such products within said time shall constitute a waiver of all such claims.
Orders / Change Orders - All orders must be communicated in writing. Changes to an order in-house must also be communicated in writing and accepted by Pleetoox - Textile Sourcing. Any changes to your order once submitted will very likely delay your quoted ship date. An order is not considered "received" until all details of the order are finalized. Details include, but are not limited to: a completed purchase order, submission of acceptable art and PMS colors (if applicable), required delivery date, and ship to address.
Overruns and Under-runs - Orders are considered complete if within 5% over or under run (10% on all Jacquard, printed Display Cloths, and overseas manufacturing). Shortages will not be re-run. If a minimum quantity is needed, this requirement must be stated on the Purchase Order.
Preproduction Prints - One preproduction print will be produced and delivered at no charge for larger custom orders. Preproduction print approval is required for all custom orders unless the preproduction Waiver and Terms and Conditions forms have been signed and dated. A slight color variation may occur between the preproduction print and the full order.
Pricing and Shipping Costs - Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our online catalog may be mis-priced or incur other than standard shipping charges. Similarly, due to the volatility of the energy markets, fuel surcharges are periodically charged in addition to the calculations done on the shopping cart. If an item's correct price or shipping charge is higher than our stated price or shipping cost, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All items purchased from Pleetoox are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions - Pleetoox attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Pleetoox does not warrant the product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Pleetoox is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Quotations - Price quotations are valid for 30 days. All ship dates are quoted ARO (After Receipt of Order) and are subject to fabric and production availability. Published prices (not quoted) are subject to change without notification. Shipping costs may be subject to fuel surcharges. Should there be a change in expected costs once your order is placed, you will be notified before any charges are made to your credit card.
Return Policy - A RGA (Return Goods Authorization) must be issued before any return of product will be accepted. Once an RGA is issued, all standard (non-custom) blanks may be returned with a 20% re-stock fee + freight. No returns or adjustments after 15 days from date of invoice. DECORATED ITEMS AND CUSTOM BLANKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Sample Policy - Samples are offered at "first column" pricing plus shipping and are non-returnable. Samples are stocked in white only. All samples must be purchased by credit card unless credit terms have previously been established.
Variances - Variances in weight, size, and imprint location of +/- 7% are considered to be within acceptable manufacturing tolerances. Product colors may vary from one lot to the next. We do not guarantee exact color matching on re-orders.
